Web-based paid audio and video consultation platform
Port is a web-based paid audio and video consultation platform.
While most creators rely on their existing fan base as their primary source of clients, low registration conversion and transaction rates remained the platform’s biggest challenge.
To address this, we led a comprehensive iteration from strategy to visual design, aiming to improve conversion efficiency and drive sustainable growth.

Project 2
Remote Construction Site Monitoring Tool
Pompon is a government-backed project developed in collaboration between Waseda University and a Kyushu-based company.
Built around the concept of “ROOM,” the system enables on-site staff to share real-time construction footage via mobile devices.
Architecture firms can monitor multiple sites simultaneously and initiate voice communication when needed, allowing for remote support and early issue detection.
I led the UI/UX design from 0 to 1, defining the overall experience and interface system.
